ASPE Boston Chapter Event Re-Imagining Survey Incentive Program
Participation in the ASPE Boston Chapter Event Re-Imagining Survey constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
1. Purpose
The survey and associated prize drawing are intended to encourage participation and gather feedback regarding future ASPE Boston Chapter event programming, educational initiatives, networking opportunities, and professional engagement strategies.
2. Eligibility
- Participation is open to individuals who complete the survey and provide a valid email address for prize drawing entry.
- Participants may include:
- Engineers
- Designers
- Specifiers
- Students
- Manufacturers
- Manufacturer Representatives
- Vendors
- Firm Managers
- Industry Professionals
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Void where prohibited by law.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, membership, or donation is required to participate in the survey or prize drawing.
4. Survey Completion Requirements
- To qualify for entry into the prize drawing, participants must complete at least the minimum required percentage of survey responses as indicated within the survey platform.
- Participants must submit the survey through the official submission process.
- Partial or incomplete surveys may not qualify for prize eligibility.
5. Prize Structure
The following prizes are anticipated:
Gift Cards
- Multiple gift card prizes will be awarded
- The number and value of prizes may vary based on survey participation
Additional Prizes
- ASPE Boston Chapter commemorative challenge coins and/or promotional items may also be awarded
The ASPE Boston Chapter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value, modify prize quantities based on participation levels, or cancel portions of the prize schedule if necessary.
6. Prize Drawing Process
- Winners will be selected through a random drawing from eligible submitted survey participants.
- Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
- Drawings will occur following the close of the survey period.
7. Entry Limits
- Limit one (1) survey submission and prize entry per individual unless otherwise explicitly authorized.
- Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or manipulated entries may be disqualified.
- The ASPE Boston Chapter reserves the right to review and remove suspicious or abusive entries.
8. Notification of Winners
- Winners will be contacted using the email address provided during survey submission.
- If a selected winner does not respond within the stated response period, an alternate winner may be selected.
- ASPE Boston Chapter is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, delivery failures, or technical issues preventing notification.
9. Privacy & Data Use
- Survey responses will be used for planning, research, and program development purposes associated with ASPE Boston Chapter initiatives.
- Contact information collected for prize drawings will not be sold to third parties.
- Survey responses may be aggregated and anonymized for reporting and presentation purposes.
10. Technical Issues
The ASPE Boston Chapter is not responsible for:
- interrupted submissions,
- server outages,
- browser incompatibilities,
- connectivity failures,
- or other technical issues affecting participation.
The Chapter reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the survey or drawing if technical failures, abuse, or unforeseen circumstances compromise the integrity of the process.
11. Conduct & Integrity
Participants agree not to:
- submit fraudulent information,
- attempt automated or scripted submissions,
- manipulate survey results,
- interfere with site operation,
- or engage in abusive activity.
Violation of these provisions may result in disqualification.
12. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, accept the decisions of ASPE Boston Chapter as final, and release ASPE Boston Chapter and affiliated organizers from liability associated with participation or prize acceptance.
13. Sponsor
This survey incentive program is administered by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers Boston Chapter.
